Stuart is the county seat for Martin County, FL. The town is the largest of four incorporated municipalities in Martin County. Stuart is situated 40 miles north of West Palm Beach and 135 miles southeast of Orlando. There, you will find the Martin County Courthouse and the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The Probate & Guardianship Division of the Florida Nineteenth Judicial Circuit serves all of Martin County. There are four Circuit Judges.
