How can I avoid a long, complex probate process?

There are a few different ways of avoiding probate but in my experience, one of the best ways of doing so is through the use of a revocable living trust.

When you pass away, assets that are owned within your living trust avoid probate completely. What that means is that your loved ones can now potentially receive their inheritance in a much shorter timeframe if that’s what you desire.
